As part of our approved Home Care Services (Services à la Personne), you can benefit from the Instant Tax Credit scheme (Avance Immédiate), an optional service provided jointly by Urssaf and the French Public Finances Directorate (DGFiP).

A Tax Privilege: Pay Only the Remaining Balance

This mechanism allows you to instantly deduct your 50% tax credit on all your home physical re-adaptation sessions.

Previously: You paid the total amount upfront and waited until the following year to receive your tax refund.

Today: You pay only 50% of the invoice. Urssaf directly covers the remaining half.

Seamless Activation in 4 Steps

Setting up the service is simple and secure:

1. Registration: With your prior consent, I handle your secure registration on the official Urssaf platform.

2. Activation: You receive a personal email invitation to set up and confirm your dedicated account at particulier.urssaf.fr.

3. Validation: For each invoice, a notification is sent to you. You have 48 hours to review and approve the request from your account.

4. Direct Debit: Once validated (or automatically after 48 hours), Urssaf debits only your 50% net balance directly from your bank account.

Eligibility & Limits

This scheme is available to any French tax resident who holds a French tax identification number (numéro fiscal) and has filed at least one tax return in France.

The tax credit remains subject to the annual statutory caps for Home Care Services. Complete legal conditions and documentation are available on impots.gouv.fr.

Flexibility & Freedom of Choice

• A Bespoke Option: Activating the Instant Tax Credit is entirely optional and remains at your discretion.

• Payment Flexibility: If preferred, you may opt for the traditional billing method and receive your 50% tax benefit during your annual income tax declaration.

• Full Reversibility: You can opt out of this service at any time and return to standard invoicing, with no disruption to your ongoing care.
