3. Pricing and Payment

• Price: The price of the program is set at €79.99 (VAT not applicable — article 293 B of the French General Tax Code / CGI).

• Payment Methods: Payment is processed exclusively by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. At no point do the client's banking details pass through the Seller's IT system.

4. Delivery of Digital Content

Upon successful payment validation via Stripe, the client instantly receives a confirmation email containing the download link for the PDF document. Access to the product is permanent upon receipt of the link.

5. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and explicit acknowledgment of the loss of their right of withdrawal.

By validating their purchase, the client agrees to immediate access to the "GM Re-adaptation Program" and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal. No refunds can be issued once the file has been made available.

All content within this booklet (texts, methods, silhouette descriptions, structure) remains the exclusive property of Guévork Melkonian. The purchase grants a strictly personal and private right of use. 7. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal proceedings in the competent courts.
